Circular No. 2 /2019

2 April 2019 Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) Carriers; Cruise Ships; Crude Oil Tankers; Vehicles Carriers; Chemical Tankers & Other Liquid Bulk Tankers; Container Ships; Dry Bulk Vessels; General Cargo Vessels; Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) Carriers; Other Vessels; Roll-On/Roll-Off (Ro/Ro) Vessels; Special Floating Units; Petroleum Products Tankers

Para. (4) of Article (12) of Suez Canal Rules of ​Navigation​; Edition 2015 shall stipulate as follows.​

Vessels arriving before the Limit Time of arrival hr 2300 L.T Without previous booking may catch the convoy if the capacity of movement in the Canal permits, and will be charged additional dues of 1000 U.S.D or 3000 U.S.D in case of VLCC'S and similar vessels which need special arrangements by SCA if SCA doesn't receive booking notice before hr 1100 L.T. , otherwise they may join the following convoy.​​ 

This circular takes effect​​ starting of 10/4/2019​​​
