​ As the owners of ships transiting the Suez Canal complain about the additional dues collected when the pilot cabin is not available or not suitable as stated in SC Rules of Nav. August of 2015 Art . 42 para 2, page 58 and also if the pilot ladder is not applicable to Art . 24  para (C) page 52, the Suez Canal Authority has decided the following : -
