Suez Canal Authority is urging its clients including owners, operators & charters of vessels transiting the Suez Canal and their shipping agents to be informed that regarding all circulars according to which Suez Canal Authority grants vessels transiting the Suez Canal and operating on specific routes fixed rebates, the following is applied starting from the 1st of July 2023:  

 Only rebate requests submitted through the electronic system for "Fixed Rebates Circulars" (E-Circulars) are accepted. Any paper rebate requests submitted via facsimiles, mail (courier services), or by hand shall neither be accepted nor considered.
