Note
The amendments and modifications introduced to
the SCA “Rules of Navigation”, December 2015
edition, have been approved by SCA Board of
Directors. Having been modified and revised, this
st
edition shall take effect as of the 1 of January 2021.
The new revised edition, however, shall be
applicable to normal cases whereas special cases shall
be dealt with individually.
