Port Tawfik Shipyard proudly announces the launch of a new series of fast GRP (Glass Reinforced Plastic) ambulance boats, adding to its high-quality product range.
Designed with cutting-edge technology, this new series is fully equipped and optimized for emergency medical functions. It ensures safe and efficient transportation of ill patients from vessels at sea to shore, even in challenging weather conditions. The boats offer exceptional maneuverability and reliability, ensuring that patient safety is never compromised during the transfer from the water or other vessels.
This new series features:
- Length: about 14 m (±0.5m )
- Breadth: about 4 m ( ±0.5m )
- Maximum draught: 0.5 m
- Material: GRP
- Displacement: About 7 tons
- Maximum speed: 35knots 100% MCR

The boat has WC compartment
As the initial phase of this project, six launches are being manufactured for the Egyptian Ambulance organization(three boat is already delivered). Following this, the plan includes producing three launches for the Suez Canal Authority and two launches for the Preventive Medicine sector.
