Navigation Circulars

 
Circular No 3/2008

Concerning:

A - Berthing or sailing dues at Suez oil quay.
B - Rental of harbour tugs by in – coming or out - going ships at Port Said.

Article one:

A - Para (9) item (1) article (1) of circular 10/94 shall be modified to be as follows:
Unified rate of 6600 USD shall be applied for berthing or sailing at Suez oil quay.
B - Para (17) item (3) article (1) of circular 10/94 shall be modified to be as follows:
The fine of cancelling a tug boat order Suez oil quay:
  1- Before the tug has been operated  1000  USD.
  2- After the tug has been operated    2200  USD.

Article two:

Para (1) item (2) article (1) of circular 10/94 shall be modified to be as follows:
Rental of harbour tugs by in - coming or out - going ships at Port Said:
For ships up to   2500    SCNT, USD  80     per tug.
For ships up to   5000    SCNT, USD  100   per tug.
For ships up to   10000  SCNT, USD  160   per tug.
For ships up to   20000  SCNT, USD  240   per tug.
For ships up to   30000  SCNT, USD  320   per tug.
For ships up to   50000  SCNT, USD  400   per tug.
For ships over    50000  SCNT, USD  480   per tug.

Article three:

This circular takes effect as of November 1, 2008
